Your Holiday Itinerary

Day1Fly to Bergamo Airport

Arrive at Bergamo, where Topflight’s tour manager will meet you and show you to your coach. Transfer to the Hotel Milan Speranza au Lac in Stresa, a beautiful town by Lake Maggiore that will be your base for the next seven nights.

Day2Lake Maggiore

Enjoy a guided tour of the stunning Borromean Islands. After breakfast, take a boat ride to Isola Bella, considered the most beautiful of the islands, with its grand Baroque palace and Italian-style gardens.
Continue to Isola dei Pescatori, known for its charming fishing village atmosphere, ideal for exploration and enjoyment.

Day3Day at your Leisure

Spend the day as you wish. Stresa, located by Lake Maggiore, offers breathtaking views of the lake, luxurious hotels, and scenic views of the Borromean Islands.
This is the perfect opportunity to explore the town, relax by the lake, or enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local café.
You may also choose to book an optional excursion to nearby Lake Orta, a lovely destination known for its picturesque charm.

Day4Lake Como

Embark on a full-day excursion to the beautiful shores of Lake Como. Known for its scenic beauty and elegant architecture, Como town is an ideal starting point. Visit the famous Como Cathedral and stroll along the waterfront promenade. After exploring Como town, take a ferry to Bellagio, known for its cobbled lanes, elegant buildings, and beautiful Villa Serbelloni Park. Enjoy the ambiance before returning by ferry to meet your coach and head back to the hotel.

Day5Lake Iseo, Franciacorta & Wine Tasting

Travel to the lesser-known but equally beautiful Lake Iseo, surrounded by lush green mountains. Take a ferry to Monte Isola, a lush island with breathtaking views of the lake. After exploring Monte Isola, head to the charming town of Iseo, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, browse local shops, or relax by the lakeside cafés.
Continue afterward to the Franciacorta wine region for a wine tasting accompanied by local Italian snacks. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Day6Day at Your Leisure

Enjoy another day at leisure to unwind and take in the beauty of Stresa. Consider relaxing by the hotel pool, exploring the lakeside promenade, or renting a bike to explore the scenic surroundings.
Local travel agencies offer excursions to nearby attractions, including Villa Taranto, the Centovalli Train, and Switzerland’s Matterhorn.

Day7Milan

After breakfast, board the coach for a full-day excursion to the vibrant city of Milan. Known for its fashion, cuisine, and rich history, Milan offers a unique blend of culture and cosmopolitan life. A guide will take you on a walking tour, showcasing highlights such as the awe-inspiring Milan Cathedral (Duomo). After the tour, enjoy free time to explore Milan at your own pace, have lunch, or shop at the city’s renowned boutiques before returning to your hotel.

Day8Return home

After breakfast, transfer to Bergamo Airport for your return flight to Dublin.
