New Hampshire is a winter wonderland with five different mountains to explore - Loon, Cannon and Waterville in the Western White Mountains, and Cranmore and Bretton Woods in Mount Washington Valley.
This offers 340 trails with exhilarating terrain. While the 3-day Learn to Ski or Ride pass for complete beginners must be used only at the resort you stay in, the 5-Mountain Ski Passport is interchangeable for all 5 resorts and does not have to be used on consecutive days, so you choose when and where you want to ski. Plus, when you book a 6-day lift pass, you get a 7th day free! At all five ski areas within the resort, ski tuition is available for children aged 4-12 years and children from 6-12 years can participate in snowboard lessons. To make skiing even more affordable for families, children up to and including 5 years of age receive a free lift pass!
As New Hampshire is a tax-free State, shopping represents exceptional value for money. There are two major outlet centres well worth a visit, Settlers Green in North Conway and Tanger Outlet Centre, both around an hour's drive from Lincoln and North Woodstock.
