These hotels exude quality, style and sophistication and guests can rest assured of a warm welcome by the local owner Mr Rudi Heitzmann. Mr Heitzmann is very proud of both hotels and works tirelessly to offer a fantastic customer experience.

These hotels boast a wonderful location for those who love to be in the heart of the action. Simply walk out the hotel doors and you will find yourself in the pedestrianised heart of Zell am See so you can enjoy all that the bustling resort of Zell am See has to offer, hassle-free. With only 20 metres between the two hotels they are very close neighbours. These hotels also benefit from the sheer convenience to the Schmittenhöhe ski area as within 300 metres you can jump on the City Express Gondola which will whisk you to the ski area. Now, that is convenient!

Both hotels offer inviting decor and all that you would expect from quality 4* Austrian hotels. Although the Hotel Two Timez is the younger sister only opened in December 2016 it certainly follows the lead of the older sister and offers guests a stay to remember. Topflight has featured the Hotel Heitzmann for many years and is now delighted to welcome Hotel Two Timez to our programme. The Hotel Heitzmann has undergone renovations in recent years and its fresh new look and feel is a big hit with guests. Both hotels exude the perfect blend of stylishness coupled with comfort and cosiness.

Topflight guests will be allocated bedrooms in either property and will enjoy breakfast in the hotel where they are staying. All guests will be served evening meals at the Hotel Heitzmann where you can dine on exquisite Austrian dishes or choose from some wonderful international options. Both hotels offer wellness and relaxation areas which may be much appreciated to restore a weary body after an active day. Guests staying at the Hotel Two Timez can enjoy all the wellness facilities within their own hotel but can also take advantage of the sauna area in Hotel Heitzmann.

During your stay in the sister properties make sure to make your way up to the legendary rooftop bar at Hotel Heitzmann, it is very well known in the Zell am See après ski scene. The atmosphere here is to be savoured alongside the views of the surrounding area as you enjoy your beverage of choice.
