See ourCombining tradition with modern luxury, the Hotel Kaiserhof is a comfortable and well equipped hotel for an Austrian ski trip to remember.
The Hotel Kaiserhof is an ideally located ski-in, ski-out hotel, situated right in the heart of Kitzbuhel, which is known to be Austria’s most glamorous and exclusive ski resort. The hotel is right by the world famous Hahnenkamm gondola and just a short walk will take you to the resort’s centre. Apart from the fantastic skiing (up to 2km across two main areas) there are a wealth of other activities to keep you entertained including winter hiking trails, moonlight snowshoeing and sledding. And if it’s more nightlife you’re after, the area will not disappoint and has plenty of choice.
The hotel itself has lots to keep you busy too. Whether relaxing in the extensive wellness centre or unwinding by the fire in the cosy hotel lounge, this accommodation is just the place for recharging the batteries for the day ahead. The wellness centre offers guests the use of saunas, a steam bath, massage showers, a fitness room and an indoor pool. But if that all seems to much like hard work, you can make use of the hotel’s wonderful lounge - the ideal place to sit after a day on the slopes with its log fire and a whole host of comfortable armchairs to choose from.
Food at the Hotel Kaiserhof is very much a highlight for guests staying here. For breakfast there is plenty of choice to ensure that you can have a variety each morning. In the evenings, guests are in for a treat with a very high standard of dishes that mix traditional Austrian cooking with more contemporary cuisine (Halfboard option is available on Request). The chef here takes great pride in using fresh, local produce where possible.
This property is offered on a Half Board basis. Dinner is 5 course. Hot and cold buffet breakfast is included. Special Christmas dinner is included.

Welcome to Austria, my name is Lindsey and I am originally from Scotland but our home has been in Austria for many years now.I started to ski as soon as I could walk in the Highlands of Scotland, however in search of fairer weather skiing, I came to Austria when I was 18. My love of skiing in winter and cycling in summer means that I know Austria pretty well and I want you to love it just as much as I do. Our excellent team is here to ensure you enjoy your well earned ski holiday, so please let them know if you have any questions. Our aim is that you return home happy, so let us deal with anything that gets in the way of that, when you are in resort. Your Resort Managers are here to help, so pop along and see them, you never know what tidbit of information you might learn. I wish you a fantastic holiday and Viel Spass auf den Bergen (have fun on the mountains).
Hi, my name is Sue and I am originally from Yorkshire. Austria is now my home and I have had the great privilege of living in the mountains for the last 15 years. I have worked for Topflight in most of their resorts and this winter I will be working as Admin support for our fantastic Austrian team and will be on duty on Saturdays at Salzburg airport. During the summer I am the Austria Resort Manager for all Topflight tours and resorts and will be based in St Johann. I wish you all a fantastic holiday and look forward to welcoming you.
