Few ski resorts match Heavenly's superior scenic beauty and optimum skiing climate, where you can anticipate over 360 inches of snow and 300 days of sun a year! What really sets this resort apart, however, is that its economy is driven by gambling. The stateline area at the centre is dominated by a handful of monstrous hotel-casinos located just inches on the Nevada side of the line. Along with the gambling, these establishments also offer some big name entertainers from the world of music, circus comedy. Now you won't find that in your typical resort!
